Starters
Fried Mushroom Polenta Bites
Pre-heat oven to 450. spread polenta bites out on a lightly oiled sheet pan and heat for 5 minutes, until crispy.
Serve with umami aioli on the side for dipping
Vegan Endive Cups (vegan/ GF)
Serve as is
Three Cheese Artichoke Dip
Pre-heat oven to 375. Place artichoke dip, covered, in oven for 15 minutes. Uncover artichoke dip and turn oven up to 425.
Unwrap bread and rub some water over the crust (this will help it crisp up), place directly on oven rack.
Bake 5-10 more minutes, until dip is bubbly and browned, and bread is crisp.
Slice bread and serve.
Wine Country Bruschetta
Pre-heat oven to 375. Place grilled slices of bread on a sheet pan in oven for 5 minutes.
Remove bread from oven, spread ricotta over bread, top with seasonal fruits/ vegetables.
Sprinkle with black flake salt and drizzle on olive oil. Cut bruschetta into slices for easy sharing.

Locally Famous Little Gems Salad
Toss little gems with dressing (we don't recommend serving this dressing on the side, as it is thick and won't coat
the leaves). Slice up avocados. Place dressed lettuce in a bowl, top with sliced radishes,
pickled onions, sliced avocados, and breadcrumbs.
Sonoma Apple Salad
This salad can be served tossed together or with dressing on the side, as you wish

Impossible Sausage Lasagna
Pre-heat oven to 375. Leave aluminum foil on pan, and place lasagna in oven for 20 minutes.
Remove aluminum foil and continue baking 10 minutes more.
Aubergine Athena
Pre-heat oven to 425. Place eggplant on a lightly oiled sheet pan and heat for 8-10 minutes, until crispy.
Serve with sides.
Heritage Pork & Beef Bolognese
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Pour sauce into a bowl and heat in microwave,
stirring a few times, until hot. If you'd like to thin the sauce down a bit, stir in some milk, cream, or stock.
Put fresh pasta or gluten free bucatini in boiling water for 3-4 minutes (just until al dente).
Put pasta in a bowl, top with bolognese sauce, grated parmesan, and bread crumbs.
Vegetarian Wine Forest Risotto
Pre-heat oven to 375. Place Risotto, covered, in oven for 20-25 minutes until hot.
Risotto may also be microwaved.

Braised Wagyu Beef Boneless Short Rib
Pre-heat oven to 375. Place short ribs, covered, in oven for 15-20 minutes until hot.
Place asparagus, croquette, and trumpet mushrooms on a lightly oiled sheet pan and heat 5-10 minutes.
Put pommes purée in a microwave safe bowl and reheat.
For serving, spread pommes purée over a platter, place short ribs on top, and scatter asparagus,
trumpet mushrooms, and croquettes around the short ribs.
