Lovina’s Libations
With 30 years of experience behind the bar, our assistant manager Ian Triglia sees our limited liquor license as a challenge rather than a hindrance. He makes lo-fi spirits for us in house, infusing a Dutch vodka blended with Japanese sake (a 48-proof neutral spirit) with
herbs & spices, then aging it in toasted oak barrels to make lower alcohol versions of vodka, whiskey & rum.
